The SOFTPRO Advance Surgical Gowns, are available without reinforcement. The fabric barrier resistance of the gown has a high level of protection to fluid penetration. Single type of fabric made from 79 gsm, non-woven polypropylene, in blue colour fabric. ii. Front & Back dual fabric. The front of the gown is 79 gsm, non-woven polypropylene, in blue colour fabric. The back of the gown,(which is the non-critical area), is made from 40 gsm, non-woven material with a lower barrier to fluid resistance. This back material more lightweight and provides the advantage of greater comfort. Joints on the gown sleeve: The seams along the sleeves of the gown are heatsealed. Gown Length: The gown is designed to suit specific user profile. The gown length is available as Extra Long (X-Long) or Regular sizes. Extra Long refer to the length of the gown longer than the regular gown. Refer to measurements E & F on the para 4.3 below.The two types of materials passed the flammability requirement of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission federal standard for flammability of clothing textiles (CPSC 16 CFR Part 1610) with the highest rating of Class 1.
