Procedure
Remove collection device from test cylinder
Place the collection device/sponge in donors mouth and move over the tongue and into both cheeks to collect as much saliva as possible. Repeat for approx. 3 minutes.
Place collection device back in cylinder and tighten cap
Read results at approx. 5 minutes.
